We are pet parents first.

ChaChaPaw is a Canadian pet essentials brand created by a family that understands how important pets become in our lives. They are not simply animals living in our homes, they are part of our routines, our memories, our families, and often some of our happiest moments.

That is why we believe the products we bring into their lives deserve more thought.

We focus on practical products designed to make everyday pet care easier — from grooming and dental care to toys, feeding accessories, travel essentials, and products that help pet parents keep their homes clean and comfortable.

But what matters to us goes beyond what a product does.

We care about what it is made from, how it is made, how it is used, how long it can be useful, and what happens to it afterward.

Pets Deserve Thoughtfully Chosen Products We believe pet products should be selected with the same care we give to products used by the rest of our family.

Whenever possible, we look for materials and designs that are suitable for their intended use and products that can support safer, healthier everyday routines for pets.

For food-contact products, we prioritize appropriate food-grade materials whenever applicable.

For the products we offer, we also prioritize tested materials and available laboratory testing where appropriate so that we can make more informed decisions about what carries the ChaChaPaw name.

Nothing reaches the shop on a supplier’s word alone. We read the ingredient panel, we check how the brand handles recalls, and where it matters we hand the product to a veterinarian before we hand it to you. Toys are tested by the least gentle animals we know — our own. If a product cannot survive that, it does not get a listing, and if something slips through, we pull it and tell you why.

We are still small, and that is deliberate: it lets us keep the range tight enough to know every item on it. Next up are more Canadian-made brands, a wider selection for the animals that are not cats or dogs, and delivery that reaches northern communities as quickly as it reaches the cities.
